london marathon medal 2025

If you’re anything like me, you love seeing how the celebs get on at the London Marathon – and this year’s 2025 race was absolutely packed with familiar faces giving it their all out on the course.

From blistering heat to heroic finish line moments, this years London Marathon had it all. Some of the celebrity London Marathon finishing times this year were seriously impressive! Whether you were spectating along route or, like me, refreshing the tracker and cheering them on from your sofa, here’s a round-up of who ran, how they did, and all the standout stories from this year’s unforgettable event.

Celebrity London Marathon Times 2025

Spencer Matthews absolutely stormed it, clocking an incredible time of three hours and seven minutes. After previously tackling extreme challenges like 30 marathons in 30 days in the Jordanian desert, Spencer looked strong and determined as he crossed the London Marathon 2025 finish line, and even hinted he’s chasing a sub-3-hour marathon next!

Hot on his heels was McFly star Harry Judd, who finished in a super speedy three hours and 15 minutes, looking calm and collected as he posted updates from the course. Jake Quickenden also smashed it with a brilliant three hours and 33 minutes, even treating himself to a well-earned pint afterwards!

Absolute queen, Adele Roberts put in a seriously inspiring performance, finishing the London Marathon in three hours and 36 minutes, looking focused and powerful all the way through.

Tough conditions at the 2025 London Marathon

The sun made an appearance, and the temperatures crept up to around 20 degrees Celsius, which made it a tough day for many. Joel Dommett revealed he passed out at mile 17 (before getting back up and finishing in just over six hours!) while John Terry battled through with visible bleeding caused by his running vest – a reminder that marathon running isn’t all medals and finish-line smiles.

Meanwhile, Kelly Brook crossed the line alongside her husband Jeremy Parisi, looking exhausted but so proud after six hours and 42 minutes of running through the streets of London.

Spencer Matthews: Marathon Legend in the Making?

Spencer Matthews wasn’t just running for himself – he shared his London Marathon journey over on Instagram, posting that he “came out a little too hard” but learnt a lot for next time. His final time was three hours, seven minutes and 25 seconds – so close to the magical sub-3-hour barrier.
And yes, he’s already promised to go after it later this year! The man’s unstoppable.

He also gave a huge shoutout to the unbelievable crowds, saying they carried him through the tougher parts of the race. If you’ve ever run London, you’ll know exactly what he means – the atmosphere is electric from start to finish!

Massive congratulations to every runner, celeb or not – you are all amazing! 👏
