at home youtube and pilates workouts

Yoga is one of my favourite forms of self-care. I love attending in-person classes – the studio energy and chatting with others always motivates me. But let’s be honest, life gets busy, and sometimes a trip to class isn’t doable. That’s where online workouts come in! Whether I’ve got 20 minutes before work or I’m in the mood for a slower flow at home, these YouTube channels are my go-tos for at-home yoga and Pilates.
