If you follow me on Instagram you’ll know that this week I’ve been raving about how much I love being part of the online running community.
So this weeks post is all about some of my favourite running bloggers. They’re a supportive bunch and they’ve always been there for me when I’ve needed advice or motivation. If it’s inspiration you are after then these guys have got it in bucket loads. Enjoy.
Pick up the Pace Paul
Official Pacer at 63 events and counting! This man is an absolute machine.
What Paul doesn’t know about pace isn’t worth knowing – and he absolutely nails it every time. His blog is packed with advice from how to run your first marathon to how to improve.
An all-round nice guy who gives up a lot of his time to motivate others and help them achieve their goals. 👍 Maybe one day I’ll be quick enough to catch the 4.00hr #funbus!
The Morning Coffee Run
James goes from strength to strength and his determination is admirable. He recently achieved his goal of a sub 4.30 in New York and I couldn’t be happier for him. His blog is a very honest account of how running has changed his life. Winner of the best blog at the 2018 Running Awards – well deserved if you ask me!
If it’s no-nonsense race reviews you are after then check out Darren’s blog as he participates in events all over the country. This is a man on a mission to join the 100 marathon club before he turns 50! I met Darren whilst doing a 6-hour endurance run. I’m amazed he’s still talking to me after spending 6 hours listening to my Yorkshire accent!
Matt’s way with words is even more impressive than his facial hair. Due to his expansive vocabulary, I asked Matt to describe his blog for me and he said BEST BLOG EVER. Say no more! 👍 Have a read of his Royal Parks review and you will find out why I this guy is a true inspiration.
We have all been nominated for the best personal blog at the 2019 Running Awards. If you could take a few moments and vote for your favourite we would be very grateful 😍
